Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Maintenance Clerk position in an exciting warehouse facility! Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• As a maintenance clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the maintenance department, ensuring that all maintenance activities are documented, tracked, and coordinated efficiently. You will work closely with maintenance staff, contractors, and other departments to ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks and the upkeep of facilities.
• More responsibilities may be assigned upon hire.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and maintenance management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance principles and terminology is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
