Swing Shop is an indoor virtual golf lounge that combines technology and an engaging atmosphere which inspiries players of all skill level to improve through accessible and affordable golf simulation experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Membership sales focus with commission possibilities & tips on top of hourly pay

- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate departments

- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

- Handle & serve guest requests/drinks and complaints promptly and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports

Requirements:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Will involve beer & wine sales, must meet AR state legal requirements

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Previous experience in customer service on-site sales or a similar role is preferred

- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with composure
