Production Craftsman

Job purpose

The Production Craftsman builds and assembles a variety of playsets and offers a great opportunity to build dreams for families across the country.

Duties and responsibilities

Cut and assemble various custom structures and parts.
Common tools plus operating a forklift, table saw, router, upcut saw, drill press, nail guns, stapler, band saw, sander, machine wrapper, etc.
Refill and replenish lumber, vinyl material, trim pieces, and pallets as needed.
Other job-related projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Results driven with a positive and professional approach.
Able to make sound decisions in a fast-changing environment.
Detail oriented.
Organized and keeps job site clean.
Capable of lifting & lowering up to 50 lbs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Woodworking and/or construction experience.

Working conditions

Plant duties will be performed both outside and in an indoor warehouse environment without air conditioning and with minimal heating.
