What you will be doing:

• Building Relationships: Whether you’re helping someone work through their fears or fine-tuning strokes, you will be making a lasting impact here at Swimmerman.
• Teaching Swimming: You will guide children through the process of conquering their fears and mastering swim techniques. You will also be responsible for giving feedback to swimmers and their parents.
• Making Magic: We know the secret to great swimming and can’t wait to share it with you. Uncovering the world below the surface is a magical experience and YOU get to be the guide.

What you should already know:

• How to interact with children. Early Childhood Education and Theater backgrounds are a plus!
• How to create fun and be silly. We work with children every day. They learn best through PLAY!
• How to lead and encourage others to give their best effort. We thrive on compliments and high-fives, you should be ready to join in with our positive spirit.

What you will learn:

• How to create a safe learning environment so swimmers can learn while being respectful of the water.
• How to guide and assess swimmers as they work their way through our fun-filled program.
• How to swim all four competitive strokes. Don't worry- we will teach you how to swim and perfect your strokes!

• Monday-Thursday: 1:30pm-7:30pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:30am-2:30pm
