A successful dog-related company from NY and Miami that just launched in NC is looking for a full time remote service coorinator

The job is 40 hours a week Mon- Fri from 9AM-5PM

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to dog walkers and clients questions or concerns mostly via text, and email but occasionally on the phone too.
• Assigning dog walkers to the appropriate clients, handling call outs and vacation requests etc.
• Proactively reaching out to "lost clients" via text
• Reaching out to potential leads on social media
• Doing the initial consultation of a new client via phone or zoom
• Conducting face to face interviews with new dog walkers
• Setting up and participating in local marketing events
• Assisting with expansion into an adjacent city

Must haves:

• A college education either pet related or business related or another relevant field.
• Experience working either in an operations role or as a dog walker
• The ability to work remotely Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM
• Currently or previously had a dog
• Fluent English speaker
• An ability to get things done quickly and efficiently.
• A super innovative person
• A positive can-do attitude
• A fast learner
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• excellent problem solving skills

Ideal candidate will either have experience working at least 2 years as a dog walker to understand the ins and outs of what it entails, or have experience in an operations/dispatch/management position to understand the role from that end of things.

The compensation for this position is $18/hour
