We are seeking 18 compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join Peninsula Regional Medical Center. As a Med Surg Nurse, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and caring for patients. ```Responsibilities``` - Assess and triage patients upon arrival, quickly identifying their medical needs - Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians - Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families - Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in medical records - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment - Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care

Pay: $31.00 - $49.60 per hour
