Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced import/ export coordinator to join our team. As a Import / Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process, from arrival notice, cargo tracking, billing and updating clients. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products.

Duties:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

- Manage and coordinate the procurement of materials and services

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability

- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and terms

- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns

- Oversee transportation logistics, including shipping, customs, and delivery

- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and internal teams

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and procedures

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
