No prior automotive industry experience is required to apply! We are seeking individuals with various industry backgrounds who are interested in a career as an automotive technician.

Our guests seek luxury, value, and world-class service. You will assist the dealership in reconditioning new and used vehicles to sell to our customers. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
• Cleans and refurbishes new and used vehicles.
• Washes vehicle exterior to clean cars with cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes
• Applies wax to auto body and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using a cloth or buffing machine.
• Vacuums interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris using a vacuum cleaner.
• Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
• Applies revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.
• Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime.
• Applies special purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which do not respond to normal cleaning procedures, utilizing experience and following recommendations of the product manufacturer.
• Paint engine components and related parts using a spray gun or aerosol can and masking material.
• Applies paint to chipped body surfaces of a vehicle.
• Applies dyes and reconditioning chemicals to vinyl tops of vehicles to restore color and condition.

Skills Needed to Win:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license.
• Pass a motor vehicle report and drug screen.

Job Essential Functions:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout the day. 
• Ability to safely and comfortably drive a vehicle frequently throughout the day.
