Fence Installer (Farm/Ranch Hand-Construction)

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FENCE INSTALLER

As a fence installer, you look forward to joining the fence-building crew each morning out in the fresh air, digging in, and seeing the project take shape. You love that the job sites are often in beautiful rural settings. Since you tend to enjoy change, you appreciate that each job comes with a new location and unique plans and specs. You always interact courteously and respectfully with our employees and clients. You are a true craftsman who works efficiently and with attention to detail. On our current project, the travel schedule is 2 weeks on, 1 week off, 12 hour days, all out of town and out of state. We pay per diem for the days that you are out of town and take care of the lodging. We also provide travel reimbursements for this project. This project has an estimated completion date of June 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS

Clean driving record within the last 3 years

Able to work out in the elements

Enjoys building and feels at home on a ranch or farm

Interested in opportunities for learning and advancement

Focus on doing quality work

Work 12 hour days

Able to lift 80-100lbs
