We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a creative approach to menu planning. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, leading culinary teams, and ensuring high-quality food production.
Duties:
- Plan and create innovative menus for various dining establishments
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in the food industry as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
- Proficiency in menu planning and banquet preparation
- Knowledge of inventory control and ordering procedures
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
- Bartending skills are a plus
- Hospitality-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
