We are proud to offer an ‘Advanced Training-Associate Program’ to further enhance the skills obtained in cosmetology school. Our philosophy is to get our new stylist’s hands working in hair as soon as possible. We believe this builds confidence and ensures they stay engaged and motivated. In addition to our weekly education classes, we assign every new associate to a mentor, so they can continuously learn from our accomplished salon leaders. We offer training that is individualized and unique, allowing for a well-rounded and versatile stylist.
