I’ll be the first one to tell you that landscaping sucks. It is brutal, hot, tiring, no A/C. This isn’t a position for the whimsical “I’m just looking for job” kind of person. It’s not a position for a couch potato. I need a bull, a workhorse, an indefatigable, good-spirited life force with the magnetic vigor of youth.
To landscape in NC, you need to have a life goal, something you’re moving toward always, something far off that will make you return to work day after day. If you're landscaping only for some pocket cash, you’ll never make it.
I have and have had D1 athletes on the Crew for the past three years, both male and female, and they’re absolute machines. You have to be a machine too.
If you’re good, loyal, trustworthy, and I know you have my back, then I’ll be the chillest boss you’ve ever had.
So as they say, I need someone who joyfully participates in the sorrows of life, someone who gets on with it. There will be mistakes. There will be problems. Sometimes the right tools won’t be on site. Deal with it and carry on with a sense of urgency.
Do not call. We will contact you.
