Job Summary:
Sweet Tree Holdings is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience with pumps, plumbing, and electrical.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and systems

• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions and implement necessary repairs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using technical resources
• Weld and fabricate components (as needed)
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Work as a team as well as independently
• Always maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing setting
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Welding skills are highly desirable
• Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
