Sweet Tooth - Patrick Henry Mall is Hiring an Experienced Baker Near Newport, VA

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper timing and temperature
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Package finished products for display or delivery

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry production
- Ability to operate baking equipment and tools, including ovens, mixers, and knives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to work early mornings, day shift
