Sweet Lemon Kitchen in Georgetown, TX is looking for a Experienced Baker to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker 2 years, and/or Culinary Degree
