Duties and Responsibilities of Direct Care Worker:

• Provide one-on-one care
• Develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
• Help seniors with daily living tasks
• Provide occasional transportation to the grocery store, errands, and doctor appts.

Requirements and Experiences of Direct Care Worker:

• Proof of 2 step TB within 3 weeks.
• Drivers License **must drive and have a vehicle**
• Valid car insurance
• PA proof of residency of 2 years- Document from 2021
• Social Security Card
