We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. You will be responsible for supervising the team, managing customer service, and overseeing food production and service. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise daily operations during assigned shifts - Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers - Oversee food production and ensure quality standards are met - Train and mentor team members on proper food handling, safety procedures, and customer service - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory role - Strong knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations - Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
