This is a part-time/full-time remote role for a travel specialist. The travel specialist will be responsible for managing bookings, communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, making sales, and negotiating deals with suppliers. The travel specialist will be required to use booking systems and other software to maintain accurate records of bookings and payments, as well as to research and suggest travel options to clients.Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in booking systems and other software used in the travel industry
- Proven record of providing outstanding customer service
- Experience in sales and negotiation
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of travel destinations and trends
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus
