Our mission is to provide selfless cleaning service to all humanity one SWEEP at a time with no judgment or explanation needed. We service Residential & Commercial needs, so rather you are too busy or just don’t want to, whatever the need or reason, just call SWEEPING CLEAN!
We are looking for flexible, reliable, hard-working cleaners with excellent organizational skills to grow with us. We are hiring immediate workers for the weekends and on-call floaters during the week.
Our cleaners are responsible for cleaning residential, commercial, and short-stay properties. About the position This is a unique opportunity for someone who truly loves and enjoys cleaning that is detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring a high standard for their work. The ideal candidate can work with a team and independently, and be trustworthy. reliability and has an awesome work ethic. You should also be comfortable with a flexible schedule, using technology, and communicating via phone and text. Sweeping Clean is very serious about the commitment to our customers, so please only apply if you have good energy and are a hard worker that will show up to work! Compensation Sweeping Clean starts at $15.00 per hour plus tips and bonuses for long-term employees after 3 months. We also offer a performance-based compensation plan that pays up to an additional $5 per hour for top performers to earn the opportunity to become a Team Lead in as little as 2-3 months and make $20-$25 per hour. If your track record is sweeping clean we will pay our superstars!
