POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates and markets the delivery of adult private duty and lifeline services to clients ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Supervises staff and assists Manager in the implementation of department and institutional strategic goals. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of Agency philosophy and objectives, as well as Health System initiatives.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Associates degree in business preferred. At least two years in Home Health Care and supervisory experience preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Current State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance required. Annual CPR certification is required.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Demonstrated leadership and teaching skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and problem solving skills required. Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with patients and all levels of staff within the organization and resources within the community. Excellent telephone etiquette skills required. Highly motivated and the ability to work independently. Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.
