Description
Represent the Satellite Laboratory to the public, physicians, and patients while performing procedures that are necessary for specimen collection including patient identification, patient preparation and verification of specimen according to laboratory procedures.
Follows established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, safety standards, and environmental and infectious control standards so that the laboratory remains in compliance with accreditation and licensing agencies.

Required Qualifications :
H.S. Diploma or GED.
Successful completion of an approved phlebotomy program, through a post-secondary school, college or military program.
Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire. Or,
Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
Preferred Qualification :
Prior phlebotomy experience.
