Description

The purpose of this position is to provide dedicated operational management and improvement efforts related to clinician templates and scheduling practices. This position will be responsible for identifying areas for targeted improvement and analysis, facilitating change management processes, appropriately monitoring and reassessing action plans as needed, and working to continuously guarantee successful implementation and long-term adoption of access initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of Healthcare Industry

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field Or 3 years healthcare industry experience

• Six Sigma Green Belt

• Documented experience with data analysis and access improvement initiatives

• Experience in planning and facilitating teams to a common vision and developing strategies and plans to accomplish objectives

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
