Swedish Health Services is Hiring a Patient Services Specialist - Seattle, WA Near Seattle, WA

Description

Handles all incoming telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner; transfers calls to appropriate person(s) within the clinic or takes detailed messages. Schedules patient appointments in-person at the reception desk or over the telephone. Also provides training, orientation and education of staff.

Required Qualification:

  • 1 year customer service experience involving a high-volume telephone environment and extensive computer usage/experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Ambulatory clinic experience.
