Charge Capture - Revenue Integrity Coordinator - REMOTE

This role is 100% REMOTE. We CANNOT currently hire remote workers from the following states: CO, HI, MA, NY, OH, PA.

SCHEDULE: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours per week. This role requires working weekends; EVERY Saturday and Sunday. The other 3 days will be worked during the week and the days can be flexible. Previous staff took off Monday & Tuesday. Shift length is 8-hours and times are flexible, as long as during DAY time hours.

Responsible for providing support, maintenance and management of charge capture and revenue integrity and optimization processes for Swedish Health System OB and Periop services.

Required qualifications:

  • 2 years Related charge capture and/or revenue cycle experience.

  • 2 years Experience working with electronic medical record systems.

  • 5 years General work experience, preferably office, in finance or healthcare-related.

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to interface with multiple levels of organization. Possesses the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, flexibility with excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented. Knowledgeable of accounting/revenue functions, and have familiarity with basic medical terminology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar field.

  • Epic EMR experience.
