SWBC PEO is Hiring a Property Manager Near Midland, TX
- Manage project files
- Coordinate between engineering/sales/quality departments, customer, vendors and inspections as required for the project
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the customer requirements and the project specifications
- Maintain records of all communications during the project to include:
- Emails
- Marked up drawings
- Purchase orders
- Project schedules
- Document transmittal to and from the Customer
- Change orders and revisions
- Project Procurement; using material take offs and planning for coordination of sub-contractors and material deliveries
- Keep project on schedule
- Project budgets and comparing to sales materials estimates
- Work with manufacturing personnel to ensure project specifications are communicated
- Update the company controller when billable milestones have been achieved
- Maintain project documents and records as required
- Excellent Communication skills with external Customers is vital to success in this position
- Make project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed
