Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Ballroom Dance Instructors. Whether you're experienced in Ballroom dancing or have a background in other dance styles, we provide comprehensive training to teach Ballroom dancing to students of all levels. This position involves teaching private lessons, group classes, and leading dance parties, as well as fulfilling front desk duties.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Ballroom dancing to individuals and groups, including private lessons and group classes.
• Choreograph routines for performances and events.
• Assist with front desk tasks, including customer service and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in promotional events and performances as needed.

Requirements:

• Passion for dancing and performing.
• Experience in dance instruction preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and teach Ballroom dancing styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Age requirement: 18-35.

Pay:

Would vary from $20-$45 per lesson depending on level as Ballroom dancer and lessons per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
