We are looking for a dental office manager whose primary role would be front office duties. Duties would include scheduling and confirming patients, insurance pre-authorizations, billing, posting payments, sending statements, receiving payments, and paying office bills. We would prefer someone with a dental background, however, would also consider someone who may not have a dental background. Dentrix is the software program being used, and familiarity with this program would be beneficial. Having a pleasant personality is a must. Being a team player, a strong communicator, and a self-starter with strong organizational skills is needed for this position while balancing multiple responsibilities at the same time.

Current hours of operation for this dental office are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30-5:30. Hourly pay is based upon experience, ability and training. Paid time off and a 401K retirement plan are available for employees after working for a designated period of time.
