Looking for an experienced, energetic, positive- team player to assist in the back office therapy bay. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of chiropractic and medical terminology. Candidate must be able to ensure that patient therapy and treatment plans are being completed correctly as prescribed by the Doctors. Candidate will be controlling the patient flow of the office.

Responsibilities:

· Performing rehabilitative therapies: e-stim and heat, ultrasound, manual therapy, teaching patients exercises to do in the office and at home, spinal decompression, etc.

· All front desk duties as needed

· Answering phone calls as needed

· Scheduling patient appointments as needed

· Collecting payments as needed

· Completing projects and other tasks as assigned

· Has flexibility to learn and perform additional job duties

· Working in a fast-paced environment with a great attitude

· Adaptable to change is a must

· Entering notes into patient chart accurately

· Ability to work quickly and remain focused throughout the day

· Assist team in office cleanliness and organization.

· Maintain back office inventory.

· Controls patient flow.
