Job Details
Job Description:
- Design and implement Zoom's video conferencing solutions to meet the organization's communication needs.
- Recommend and integrate Zoom products based on the organization's requirements and infrastructure.
- Ensure Zoom solutions are secure, compliant with regulations, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide technical expertise, support, and training to users, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of Zoom.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoom implementation, performance, and integration.
- Optimize Zoom configurations to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with Zoom's latest features, updates, and best practices, incorporating them into the organization's Zoom environment.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to integrate Zoom with other systems and applications seamlessly.Ensure adherence to the processes defined by NYL and TCS
- Should be flexible to adapt to the TCS work culture
- Is good Team player to work collaboratively with other team members
- Take additional responsibilities and Proactively work towards identifying opportunities for improvements in process, service delivery, technology, customer satisfaction and effort & cost optimization
- Good Customer/Vendor handling skills
- Good understanding of Incident and Request Management (ITIL-Framework).
- ITIL Certification.
