Swank Early Skills Development is Hiring a Behavior Analyst (BCBA and LBS) Near Lancaster, PA

$5000 Sign on Bonus for qualified candidates who start in the position on or before April 29th, 2024.

Seeking an Experienced Behavior Analyst to join our Early Intervention Team providing ABA clinical case oversight to clients (aged 18 months to 8 years) and supervision to employees.

Salaried Position with opportunities to growSalary Range $60,000 - $70,000, salary offer will be determined based on training, experience, and demonstrated skills during interview.

  • Serve children between the hours of 8:00-5:00pm in a variety of settings; our Lancaster center, client homes, and community settings such as preschool, daycare, and elementary schools. 
  • Be a fully salaried employee with a geographically coordinated caseload to help limit travel time - increasing time for clinical activities, supervision and mentorship of supervisees, time for non-billable activities, time to collaborate, research, and thoughtfully plan out the services you provide to your clients.

  • Shape the clinical skills and professional behaviors of your direct supervisees and future BCBAs in order to help us grow the number of qualified ABA Professionals in Lancaster County and get children off waitlists and into much needed services.
  • Be a part of a Locally-Owned, BCBA-Owned small business that is passionate about providing Effective ABA Intervention to the children and families of Lancaster County.

Contingencies

  • Must have both PA Behavior Specialist License and BACB Certification as a Behavior Analyst in good standing
  • Must have/obtain current ‘clean’ background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State Regulations
  • Billable Client Services minimum requirement 90-100 hrs/month
  • Must be available to serve clients in multiple locations within Lancaster County
  • Must be available to provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Compensation

  • Competitive Salary $70,000-$80,000 depending on training and experience
  • Paid Time Off- accrual based
  • Mileage Reimbursement at IRS per mile rate (between non-virtual clients)

Behavior Analyst (BCBA and LBS) Qualifications:
  • BCBA certification- current and in good standing
  • PA Behavior Specialist License- current and in good standing
  • 2 years experience working in the field of ABA, with children who have Developmental/Intellectual/Communication Disorders including Autism
  • Specific training in and Experience in implementing ABA principles for children (currently the majority of our clients are aged 18 months to 8 years)
  • Ability to travel to meet with clients and be willing to work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and center
  • Has and will maintain current and clear PA DHS and PDE required clearances
  • Has and will maintain Mandated Reporter Certificate
  • Has and will maintain Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Clear TB Test within company-required timeframe
