We are looking for a compassionate, friendly, and efficient person who is looking for a career as a chiropractic assistant to join our lively and supportive team.

The job involves being the face of the practice at the front desk, which includes greeting patients and families, answering phones and returning voicemail messages, scheduling, collecting and entering payments, and handling insurance inquiries. Additional duties are available as time goes on. There will be early morning starts (7:45am) and evening finish times (6pm). Approximately 15 hours per week including Saturdays from 8:45am-1pm. Availability to cover other staff’s time off is a must. Experience with health care insurance and billing, including knowledge of ChiroTouch software, is a plus.

This position requires a customer service orientated person, who is resourceful, flexible, can multitask and has attention to detail. You must have good computer skills, be a team player, a self-starter, personable, timely, exhibit self-awareness, and connect well with others.
