PROJECT MANAGER | SWA Architects | Pasadena, CA
SWA Architects is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Project Manager to join our team of experts and assist, lead, guide, and provide creative prudent solutions to our diverse clients.
Position Summary:
· Project Manager with 10 years of experience in architectural/construction project management
· In depth construction document preparation and coordination experience & knowledge
· Proficient and relevant skills in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite are a must
· Detail-orientated and collaborative mindset
· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
· Construction administration experience
· Solid comprehension of State and Local Building Codes, including Accessibility
· Self-motivated and quick learner
· Ability to adapt to a wide range of project scenarios/conditions
Requirements / Desired Certifications:
· California Architectural License registration desired
· Experience with HCAI/OSHPD desired
· Degree in related field of Architecture from an Accredited Institution is desired
· LEED Accreditation encouraged
· Experience working with clients and leading internal & external team members
· Legal authorization to work in USA
