Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled LMS Administrator to join our team. As the LMS Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our learning management system to support the growth and success of EyeCelerate's e-learning initiatives for Fielmann USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning management system, ensuring its smooth functioning and optimal performance.
• Create and curate engaging and interactive training content for Fielmann USA’s gamification platform.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop innovative e-learning materials that align with Fielmann USA’s objectives and training needs.
• Drive adoption and usage of the LMS by promoting its benefits, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to learners and instructors.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure uninterrupted access to the LMS and e-learning content.
• Monitor and analyze user data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to the platform.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in e-learning technologies and instructional design methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the LMS with other systems and tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Assist in the planning and execution of e-learning initiatives, including the implementation of new features and modules.
• Conduct regular system audits, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and administering learning management systems, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in content creation tools
• Familiarity with gamification concepts and strategies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of e-learning programs.
• Knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
