Role: Project Manager/ program manager with Data Governance must have SSOT

Location: San Jose, CA - Onsite - 4 days office

We need a program manager with strong background in Data Governance & Data Management. Candidates must have SSOT (single source of truth) hands on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the SSOT program, ensuring alignment with the company s data governance and business objectives.

Manage cross-functional teams across IT, data science, and business units to consolidate disparate data sources into a unified system.

Work closely with data architects and engineers to design and implement robust data models and data warehousing solutions that support SSOT.

Drive the selection and implementation of technology solutions and data management tools to maintain data integrity and consistency.

Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to sustain the SSOT framework.

Facilitate training and change management initiatives to promote data literacy and adoption of the SSOT system across the organization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs, establish data standards, and ensure data quality and compliance.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and report on milestones and deliverables to executive leadership.

Facilitate regular Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups for BI projects.
