Our client is seeking a full-time Home Health RN based in the Somerville, NJ area for Somerset County, NJ.
The ideal candidate will provide skilled nursing care, demonstrate effective communication and collaboration, and maintain patient safety. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The candidate should have experience in home health care.
Equipment Provided: Tablet, Phone
Schedule: 8:30a-4:30p

Compensation:
Hourly compensation range $44-$50 per hour based on years of experience, certifications, education.
Qualifications:
RN license in New Jersey active.
