Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed
- Shopping and running errands
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing client's living space; laundry
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to lift and move clients safely, following proper body mechanics techniques
- Proficient in providing personal care assistance, such as bathing and grooming
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
