What You’ll Do

The Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance develops processes and tools for monitoring and advising upon the financial well-being of the enterprise. Core areas of focus are Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Investor / Payer Relations, and Special Projects such as Strategic Partnerships and M&A. This role will work directly with the senior management to ensure accuracy and efficacy in all financial initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Build and own portfolio of financial models and reports for in-depth analyses, as well as ensuring their quality, timeliness, and accuracy
  • Provide analytical rigor and strategic ideas to the growth, revenue, and cost drivers of the business
  •  Act as the primary business partner supporting regional P&L owners by monitoring and communicating insights related to critical success metrics
  • Lead corporate development initiatives such as M&A due diligence and de novo center launches
  • Support high-exposure initiatives: fundraising, board meetings, etc
  • Maintain budgeting, planning, forecasting and reporting tools
  • Evaluate organizational tradeoffs and be a key decision-maker in operational strategies
  • Cooperate with business units and support functions across the company
  • Determine the effect of potential business decisions on financial policy

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance
  • Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements

  • 3-5 years of investment banking, private equity, consulting, or public accounting experience
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Experience communicating complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Business Intelligence tools

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for prolonged periods of time, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach with hands and arms. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and other office equipment; must be able to operate a motor vehicle. When representing Suvida Healthcare at external events, the Director of Strategic Initiatives & CoS is also required to stand for prolonged periods of time, kneel, crouch, bend, and lift, and be able to move up to 30 pounds.
