The Director designs and implements the program. Their role is a dynamic mix of student support and organizational leadership. Responsibilities and Duties:•Guides the program's vision and mission•Designs and oversees daily operationsUphold's expectations of student and staff behavior•Hires and develops staff•Designs and upholds budget decisions so the program succeeds financially•Resources allocation, facility usage, and scheduling•Makes decisions regarding suspension or termination of services to families•Communicate with parents•Sets program schedules and implements plans for inclement weather•Maintains accurate student records utilizing the ProCare software package, Excel, Unibank, Google Apps, and all relevant programs•Collaborates with the business office on tuition, collections, and bookkeeping•Handles billing processes and procedures•Guides the program's vision and mission•Disseminates and implements any district decisions regarding the program•Starting date will be June 2024Qualifications: BA and prior experience preferredReports To: The superintendent of schools.
