**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial aspects of our company. The CFO will be responsible for managing financial risks, financial planning, record-keeping, and financial reporting. **Duties:** - Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and procedures - Oversee the preparation of all financial reports - Manage cash flow and budgeting processes - Conduct risk management and ensure compliance with regulations - Analyze the company's financial performance and market trends - Lead the finance team to achieve company goals **Experience:** - Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role - In-depth knowledge of budgeting, Sage software, balance sheet reconciliation, double-entry bookkeeping, payroll processes, SOX compliance, financial management principles, accounts receivable procedures, and financial report writing - Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Master's degree preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead our company's financial operations and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
