SUSTAINABLE GARDENS, LLC is a small beneficial landscaping business. We provide quality work, and sometimes that means going the extra mile for a customer. Still, prices will always be the best. We are still new, and looking for customers or employees willing to help us expand.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for my right hand man/woman in business. I have done 4 jobs under this business myself, and am starting to get more calls, so I could use help. Not very much help though. I also work 40 hours a week, so hours will be (usually) no more than 10 a week. I am very experienced and patient, so knowledge is not nessecary as long as you are willing to learn. Pay will range around $16/h depending on qualifications, and will increase if you help me expand the business. I am really looking for someone willing to learn how to hire and train their own crew. However I am in no rush, and willing to teach, as I need the help as much as you may need to learn.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or interest in gardening and plant care
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical fitness and ability to perform outdoor
• Ability to learn quickly, and not require supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in gardening is a plus
• Almost garunteed hire if you have a more free schedule than me, and you are able to help run things or attend jobs on your own
