Seeking:Individual with 2 Years Automotive Technical Experience OR 2 Years Service Writing Experience

Position:Service Advisor

Income: 70K Guaranteed - Earn up to 85K Annually (Base Comission on Parts and Labor Gross Profit)

Requirements:

Susquehanna Ford is seeking a well spoken individual to write service and advise our customers on needed repairs. Along with being an effective communicator, the position will filled by an individual that can lead and excel in providing a satisfying customer experience for our business. Training is routinely provided weekly for long/short term support and highly encouraged. The following skills and experience are required for the position:

• 2 years experience as a service advisor OR 2 years as a technician
• Ford experience is greatly preferred but not required
• World Class customer service skills
• Excellent Typing Skills
• Highly Proficient Computer Literacy 
• Disciplined in following procedure without supervision
• Detail oriented
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to read the situation and adjust accordingly
• Consistent high performing sales/customer satisfaction scores
• Ability to work Saturday rotation
• Ability to follow and service process consistently

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend rotation availability 7am-1pm

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Automotive Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
• customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
