Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and guest service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests. You will also handle cash transactions and assist with various duties to support the smooth operation of our establishment.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Manage waitlists and reservations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS)
- Process cash, credit, and gift card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/cashier station
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or food service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively help and communicate with guests
- Proficiency in using POS systems (experience with Aloha POS is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional guest relations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage various duties simultaneously

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
