1. Protecting the cash register

2. Attending the phone

3. Taking delivery / take-out orders

4. Printing guest check for servers

5. Making change for servers

6. Checking out tables

7. Greeting and seating guests

8. Packing food for delivery / take-out

9. Helping out on the floor in your downtime
