Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of food service and guest relations
