Server
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Skills:
- Cash register operation to process payments accurately
- Strong hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Knowledge of kitchen operations to assist with food preparation and plating
