THE SURVEY COMPANY, INC. is Hiring a Reset Merchandiser Near Harwich, MA

Survey Merchandiser is looking for Merchandisers with reset experience or to have a basic understanding of store resets and related terminology to complete multiple Reset Projects at local stores located in Harwich Port, MA area. We are looking for candidates who can work all shifts if possible. 

As a Reset Merchandiser, you'll be part of a hard-working team that rearranges all the products on the shelves at stores. Reset and POG reading experience is preferred. You will use Survey's app to document your work.

About the Work:

• Pay is $20/hr, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App. 
• Reset starts immediately and will continue until August 31st.
• Workdays will depend on store needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 miles.
• Hours are from 6:45 am to 3:30 pm. (30 minutes unpaid lunch time).
• Punctuality is a must for this project, you must be on site 15 minutes before the start of your shift.
• This is a labor intensive role that requires you to work on your feet for the majority of your shift, may include tasks such as crouching down to work low shelves and repeatedly lifting/moving small objects. You may be required to push and lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. You must be physically able to perform these tasks.
• You'll have a designated team lead on site (Assigned by our client). This person will assign your daily tasks, check your work, and act as your supervisor on the job.
• Typical tasks include:
  • Team Lead may ask some/all of you to remove all the products from shelves (and place them in carts/on the floor).
  • Team Lead may ask some/all of you to reorganize channel strips/planogram so that they match the new shelf Planogram.
  • Team Lead may ask some/all of you to move the products that were removed back into the shelf.
  • Team Lead may ask some/all of you to go to the store backroom to get new inventory to complete the restock..
  • Team Lead may request some miscellaneous tasks.

Dress code:

Black slacks or black jeans, white or black collared shirt or blouse, black closed-toe shoes. Absolutely no sandals, tank tops, shorts, printed shirts, or dirty clothes.

About You:

• You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app.
• You must have the ability to arrive on time to and work the full shift.
• You have access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• Willingness to travel.
• You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team.
• Expected to have a basic understanding of store resets and related terminology. 
• You have basic knowledge of how to use tools such as a hammer or screwdriver.
• You’re able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time.
• You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You’re able to pass a background check.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Previous reset or retail merchandising experience is a preferred.
