Responsibilities

• You will effectively manage the client relationship and work with clients to source for the perfect Apartment!
• This Role involves Researching and identifying available Apartments that fit your client’s needs and Budget.
• A successful apartment locator must also be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of the DFW Rental Market, and the ability to Work Independently.
• Send a personalized list of apartment options, accompany your client on tour, and help them lease their dream pad.
• Manage the client relationship from lead to lease
• Communicate with Clients Via Email, Phone and Text
• Build Your Own Schedule and Work around your Client’s needs
• Ability to secure 7-10 Leases Per Month on Average

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas
• Strong Sales Experience
• Expert Knowledge of the DFW Metroplex
• Possess a Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $82,239.00 - $91,023.00 per year
