Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing Central Florida with all their metal needs. Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Quoting and Pricing: Prepare and present quotes to customers based on their specific needs, ensure competitive pricing and profitability for the company.
- Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our products including their features, measurements and applications to fulfill customer's needs
- Communicate with the customer in relation to delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to effectively communicate with diverse customer base
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Ability to communicate and solve customers needs
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Experience in Steel sales preferred but not required to ensure availability of products
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as they can help serve a wider range of customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
