***This position will be mainly for the craft/fabric department, but will also be cross-trained in other areas of the store.***
- Answer customer inquiries, respond to customer requests and resolve customer issues.
- Complete accurate and efficient register transactions.
- Perform inventory duties such as unloading, scanning, and stocking product on the shelves.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance in the store.
- General Knowledge of Fabrics and Crafts is a plus.
- General Knowledge of Tools and Hardware is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to stand for periods of time, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.
