Surly Brewing is Hiring an Inventory Admin Near Minneapolis, MN
- Assist in development and implementation of ordering policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
- Serves as an order management and data liaison between distributor partners, Sales, and Production teams Orchestrated Beer Systems management including but not limited to:
- Maintaining data integrity
- Finalizing Sales Orders
- Management of order portal items for both consumables & point of sale materials
- Coordinate order fulfillment based on product availability and other factors.
- Monitor existing warehouse inventories and communicate potential issues with key stakeholders.
- Develop solutions to address the potential inventory shortages
- Assist with data accuracy, feedback and on-going order portal training/SOP development
- A BA or BS degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, SAP
- Ability to work under pressure & prioritize tasks
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
